Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom-made hair extensions require an additional 5–7 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Costs

 Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $87 (delivery time: 7–15 business days

 Express Shipping: $25–$45 (delivery time: 3–7 business days). Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your selection.

Estimated Delivery Time

 North America / Europe: 7–15 business days (Standard) / 3–7 business days (Express).

 Asia / Australia: 5–12 business days (Standard) / 2–5 business days (Express).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU member states, Australia, and more. For countries not listed, please contact us via email to confirm availability.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Please note: Our company is registered in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our production warehouse in Chongqing, China via our freight forwarder. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund where applicable
